According article 13 D.Lgs. 39 June 2003, nr. 196, containing the “Code regarding the processing of personal data”, we state that the processing of personal and/or sensitive data, is carried out with the scope of sending informational/advertising material concerning products and the services supplied including accounting and fiscal obligations, as well as to inform, promote and advertise products and services, also by means of electronic mail.
*The processing will take place at the Bed and Breakfast Lavinium, located at vico I Marittimo, 12 Scalea (CS), by using computerized procedures as well, with the ways and limits necessary to achieve the aforementioned ends.
*The data may be submitted to insurance companies and social security bodies, financial offices, etc, as well as to the person in charge of sending the submitted information electronically.
*The personal data can be viewed by the employees and collaborators of the owner of the processing of the Bed and Breakfast Lavinium, as persons in charge of or responsible for the processing of data.
*The submitting of such information is optional, but if not indicated we will not be able to keep updated on the initiatives of the owner of the processing.
*Article 7 of the mentioned Privacy Act recognizes the rights of the concerned parties, and in particular, the right to access their personal data, to request a correction, and the deletion, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing for legal reasons, directing the requests to the Bed and Breakfast Lavinium, as owner of the processing of the data and Gennaro Cassandro, person in charge of the processing of data at the Bed and Breakfast Lavinium.
*The updated list of persons in charge of the processing can be examined at the offices of the Bed and Breakfast Lavinium.
