Prices per person: min. € 30.00 – max € 80.00	Double prices: min. € 80.00 – max € 120.00
Note: We have a single room available at € 50.00 (minimum) per night, € 80.00 (maximum), double rooms € 80.00 (minimum), € 120.00 (maximum) and comfortable triple rooms at € 90.00 (minimum) and € 150.00 (maximum). Breakfast is always included, as well as change of linens and cleaning of rooms.
CONDITIONS Before arriving If you have not indicated your time of arrival at the time of booking may we kindly ask you to confirm your expected time of arrival along with your booking number at least 24 hours in advance by sending an e-mail to info@bedandbreakfast-lavinium.it or by phoning +39098520131 The cost of a double room for one person only is priced differently depending on the various seasons. Check-in and check-out times Check-in time is from 12:00 until 22:00. There is an extra charge of € 15.00 for all check-ins from 22:00 until 02:00. Any other check-in time must be agreed upon in advance with the persons in charge of the B&B. We ask you to check-out no later than 12:00 a.m. Payment You will have to pay the remaining amount upon arrival; accepted payment methods: cash or online by means of our after- booking arrangements. Booking cancellation Cancellation must take place at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation before 12:00 (local time of the premises) on the fourth day prior to your arrival you will be reimbursed for the amount paid online minus € 15.00 for cancellation expenses. Cancellations made after 12:00 and no-shows will be charged cancellation fees for the first night per room in addition to € 15.00 handling charges. The amount paid online will not be refunded. Change of reservation If you need to change your reservation send an e-mail to info@bedandbreakfast-lavinium.it informing us of the requested changes. The possibility of changing a reservation depends on the availability of accommodations, and the change implies a € 15.00 fee, except in the case of additional nights or additional guests to the original reservation. Companion animals Companion animals are accepted on the premises. Loss of keys Loss of keys implies a fee of € 10.00 for replacement. Damage to the building Any damage caused by the guest must be paid at the time of check out. Policy related to Privacy With respect to what has been established by Italian law regarding the protection of personal data and privacy B&B Lavinium assures that all personal information is stored in a secure data base and is used solely for making your reservation, to keep you informed regarding the state of your reservation, to inform your of future discounts and activities and with the purpose of obtaining quality control regarding your stay in the lodging. How to reserve: follow the online booking instructions or send your enquiries about room availability via e-mail (info@bedandbreakfast-lavinium.it) and send a deposit of 30% of the total by means of bank payment slip to the address that we will send you as soon as we receive your reservation.
